I am reading a romance novel about two women who write for video games. However, I didn’t realize it was a wlw romance…I thought one on the cover was a guy, and when I skimmed the summary, I thought her gender-neutral name was a guy’s name. (I’m not trying to offend anyone…I legitimately didn’t know.)
This is a fun experience. I’ve never read a lesbian romance novel before, and it’s chock-full of fun gaming references. Bonus points for the cool-sounding Link cosplay outfit!

Yeah I don't know about that. If word gets out that you were the one talking behind their back then you could make it even worst for yourself then just dealing with an incompetent manager. HR could go behind your back and blab.

The new Barney is terrifying, as are the new BJ and Baby Bop. I saw a big section of this new Barney stuff at Walmart and…wow.
I think the reason it looks creepy isn’t just bc of the CGI, but the eyes. Barney’s eyes were all black, and with the whites and tiny pupils, it looks weird. BJ and Baby Bop no longer have their cap or bow. (Bop even lost her lashes!) Maybe they want them to look more gender-neutral, but wouldn’t it be more appealing to give them gender-neutral accessories?
Kids these days are missing out on a classic.

I always found the original Barney terrifying, so I don’t hate the new one, but I do wish they’d give him some rounded chompers or something… t-rexes should not have human teeth.

I never think about how much no one on this site knows about my life because I never talk about it. I’ve said this one before, but every year around this time, we go to Six Flags for a band field trip, but this year it was horrible since it was raining the entire day and I didn’t remember where my umbrella or poncho was so I couldn’t use either. The rides were still fun but it was kind of unenjoyable since I was constantly shivering and every part of me was drenched, especially my socks, which was the worst part. It’s so relaxing being inside right now.
Another thing: most of my family lives outside of the country, but four of them came to visit and are staying for a while. My sister and cousin are also home for summer break, so it’s going to be insanely crowded.

I was at work, and one of my coworkers looked up and yelled "Hey! That's my fruit rollup!!" He ran past me and I followed because I had to know what that random loud statement was... because... of course! 
Turns out, it was Friday, and a couple of my other coworkers were cleaning out the refrigerator/freezer and found a "red flat frozen thing" and were confused.
The shouting associate went on to share a frozen fruit roll up, with everyone snapping off a bit sized piece.
I got called away at that moment so couldn't try it!
Curious if anyone else has frozen a fruit rollup??

I had a nice chit-chat with a real bestseller on Tumblr this morning, wished it would last longer. Well, It was fun chatting with ya, Bestseller.
This snap above, I actually posted a picture of the Facebook page of the real Author. So this is a red flag already, they tried to act like they didn't see it.
They're using AI to talk to others. This above and below is them using AI and editing it so it could sound convincing.
Also me playing dumb with them.
Me completely on auto-pilot mode now, because I hate these types of people so much. They soon blocked me. But I can still see them, but they won't know it. This scammer was smart enough to show me who all they were talking to, so I sent them some messages warning them both. I got a response from one person and was able to prevent them from getting scammed by this impostor, I haven't gotten a message from the other person. So I hope they at least see it.
Be careful out there, these folks are everywhere (not just Tumblr) pretending to be stuff they're clearly not in order to ruin your life and others.
I only knew about this because I'm a mod in one of the largest writer communities, so a hot spot for anything scammy or just straight up adult-only stuff. ugh. Our community has a lot of young teen (often fanfiction) writers in it too. These snakes often hangout in the comments of other members' posts going. 'GOOD JOB!', 'I’ve really enjoyed chatting with you would you be open to staying connected?' or clearly using AI to talk to others trying to lure them into DMs so they could scam them with their scammy marketing tactic, making empty promises to others. Take caution and hug it.
Also, bestsellers are not going to be on Tumblr. If they are, it's probably their old unused account that will most likely not be blank or vague. Because Tumblr is pretty much dead in the eyes of many.

I was outside a few seconds ago and a wasp rudely tried to interrupt me, so of course I walked back into my house in a dignified manner (I did not sprint, what are you on about?)
Looks like you have a mini summer goal to reach. I haven't, but I remember hearing about people trying it a couple years ago on my YouTube feed. Some people crushed it and stuck it on ice cream.

I have to say, I did NOT like Ice Spice’s critique of Phoenix as “shy” on All Stars. Maybe I’m too sensitive, but like…when she said that, when Plane Jane said M’hiya had no personality…it reminded me of when people bullied me for being quiet in school. Now, I’m not a drag queen, so maybe it’s different…BUT when people told me I was quiet, it made me nervous and want to open up even LESS.
I like that on this YouTuber’s channel, the most viewed video is Endless Possibilities. That’s definitely my favorite song in any Sonic game. The second and third songs are also incredibly peak and hype music as well.
