picture help >_< (figured it out)

ok so i need help with putting pictures on my computer, i looked for topics about transfering pictures to your computer and they said you could email them to yourself so i registered my email and then i tried sending pictures from the photo channel on my computer but it won't let me T_T

i have a sd card but not a digital camera and i can't find a slot where i can put my sd card in, so how can i put pictures on my computer?

edit: i found a small slot by the usb ports, would that be it? (i have a laptop btw)

You can always use an SD card reader....they are pretty handy...
