I have Phoebe, and I like her quite a bit. I think her design is more unique than Pashmina, but I'm not a fan of goats.

Unfortunately, I also have Agnes, who's birthday is day apart from Phoebe's, so they're pretty much identical in personality :c

Phoebe forever, omfg. I love that chic. She's too awesome and pretty and fabulous and totally shows me the "uchi" type.

I had Pashmina, didn't like her. She rarely went out her house (even though I played a lot, all the time, and check). I had her for about a month (3 months in game as I TT when I'm bored for the day), and she was rather... Boring.

Haha I know what you mean, as time goes on I think I'm going to stick with Pashmina. I love the goats unlike most other people, and I really like her name! ^.^ Not to mention she moved in just a couple days after I became mayor so she's been in my town since about July 16th! I was thinking about letting her go due to her house placement, but Spork just moved and I was able to change my paths so that her house actually seems to be in a really good spot. Sorry Phoebe, but Pashmina is here to stay!
