I have two Main Coon cats named Ashley and Prince. they're both around 11 years old, but Prince is a few months older. I help feed them, I clean their litterbox, and I groom and play with them both. they get along, but Prince is sometimes a bully to her, which I guess is normal for cats to show whose 'in charge'.
this is Ashley:
she loves boxes, and loves to play, and she loves me just as much as I love her. she's my fluffy best friend. she bangs on my door, kills all the bugs, and makes sure she has my attention. sometimes we cuddle, but I could never sleep with her because I'm scared of squishing her. besides, she'd wake me up at three to leave anyway, how I've tried.
this is Prince:
sometime he eats Ashley's food, and he's the one who sheds all over the rug, and he's the one always begging us for food, but we love him. we're thinking about giving him a diet of some kind because he seems a little chubby and we're concerned of his health. Once he ate a salad.. with dressing and everything on it.. he also enjoys stealing bacon during breakfast. we try to play with him, but the only toys he likes is the ones with catnip in them. but instead of chasing after it, he'd roll around with it on the floor and lick it. he's much more lazy than any of us in the house, haha.
I love both my cats so much and I'm hoping to get the same breed when I have my own house. I recommend getting a Main Coon because they're the definition of gentle giants. they're probably the biggest pet cat you could get, they're extremely friendly, barely bite, and perfect for a family.
