Isabelle keeps saying I need more PWPs even though I have 11, I have 10 Villagers, I have lots of flowers, a lot of trees and flowers and variations of them. I have no idea what to do anymore. Some guru send help!

I've had the same problem before lol. It seems like it takes forever before there's enough PWPs. Just keep building and check with Isabelle after each one, and eventually you'll hit the ideal number. I don't know exactly what it is, but I'd assume you have to be getting close if you have 11.

I think you should just keep adding more PWP's, until Isabelle says something different.
I walked around my town and counted 15~ PWP's excluding buildings and bridges, and I have my perfect town.

Isabelle's a jerk sometimes, I had the perfect town status but my town looked trashy with random pwps and too many flowers and trees so then I changed it and now I love it but Isabelle says its a landfill, so nice of her :(

Best of luck getting it! There are guidelines as to how many pwps and such you should have but it seems to differ from town to town, follow Isabelle's advice I guess and you'll get that gold watering can ;)

Mine will never be perfect because I never focus on landscaping. It is only worth a bit over 50 mil bells. Maybe someday!

I had this happen before, and it was so frustrating.

check a guide and see if you have enough based off of the #/type of projects that you have, and then try cutting down some trees. This must seem un-intuitive, because it is, lol. But I had this happen, and the problem was actually that I had too many trees, and not that I didn't have enough PWP. I cut down about 1-3 at a time, and then checked back with Isabelle and it didn't take too many trees for me. I think the reason that they suggest more PWP when the problem is too many trees, is because sometimes when adding PWPs, you end up loosing trees?

Best of luck!

Getting perfect town is such a joke. Isabelle kept telling me I needed more PWPs, so I added a good seven more or so. THEN she said the town needed more greenery, so I planted a grand total of like, six trees and a few shrubs and BAM. I magically had perfect town status.

The real kicker? I demolished ALL of the PWPs I built while trying to get perfect town, and I still kept perfect town.

It was at that moment I realized Isabelle is just making things up as she goes along, lol.

My guess, is that when she told you that you needed more PWPs, you actually needed to get rid of some trees.
(I know, totally lame, but I had this problem before, too. Perhaps see my last post.)

My hunch is that when you have too many trees, but everything else is solid, that they request more PWPs so that the PWPs delete the trees. So it's not totally inaccurate, but a different approach to getting rid of trees than just... cutting them down, lol.

I feel like they should have (if they haven't) fixed that in the update XD
