Perfect Town Questions

I got a perfect town today, (unexpectedly), and I have to ask these questions...

1. If I chop down a tree or get rid a bunch of flowers, (generally something to affect the environment of my town), will my town become un-perfect (?)
2. How do I prevent my town from becoming un-perfect?
3. What style town hall should I get?

One tree might not make a difference (but it could), and removing flowers could make your town un-perfect as well.
You basically have to keep your town in pretty much the condition it's in now, and avoid leaving stuff on the ground, pull up any weeds and such (clovers and dandelions are fine).
As for which town hall to choose - whichever one you like best I personally like the fairy tale one best, but zen is nice too. That's just my opinion. You'll find fans of each one.

I've been re-locating my flower fields and I still have a perfect town. Just keep checking with Isabelle and check again before you log off for today.
