Opinion on Dirt Paths

i’ve always thought that the dirt paths were really cool! definitely agree that they’re a pain in the ass to maintain, though. 😅

I used to hate dirt paths. However, based on everyone's replies, I would like to give this a try, but they are going to be time consuming. 😅

They look great (more in City Folk).

Most of my paths are patterns but in some areas, dirt paths look so nice :] Since they're such a pain to maintain, I only have them in areas I run around daily, like near the town hall or my orchard !

This might be a bit of a hot take, but I miss grass deterioration in NH (NL style, not CF style, it was too extreme there)
It really gave your town a bit of visual history, as well as just overall looking really organic compared to NH's dirt paths which look like someone took out a ruler and drew a straight line
