Okay so I walked into my laundry room to see if my cats were in there and I just stood in the doorway and I heard breathing and then I turned the light on.. and I swear to god someone was watching me because I saw someone run away... OM*G im sketching out right now.

Thats a bit creepy. Make sure all the doors are locked, and pull blinds over the windows. Do not let him be able to know where you are in the house. Also, if you have any lights on the outside of your house, turn them all on.
