No they don't.. As I said before, GracieGrace is like shops in real life and they get in clothes etc. before the actual season starts.

Shops in real life are starting to get Spring stuff in now.

That's right. Gracie's Gorgeous Set goes on sale during the last week of January, where her stock will deplete as the "other shoppers" cash in on the absurd sales. The last day of January, she will be all or nearly sold out, and get the Princess Set the beginning of February.
