Old Villagers On Main Street

Do old villagers show-up in order of move-out date on Main Street? I want to slowly cycle sixteen villagers for Kiki, but I don't remember when all of my villagers moved, and their letters don't have dates. My first and second move-outs, Anicotti and Ricky, were the first two to show-up. Recentley, Kiki has been hanging around as well. Does that make her my third villager to move?

I believe they do show up in order of their move-out dates on main street. When the villagers don't show up there anymore they are fair game again to move into your town.

I accidentally TT'd out Skye quite a few months ago and she hasn't been in my Main Street since just a few days ago. Tom is my first move out and hasn't been in my Main Street until about a month ago.

Hmm, that hasn't been the case with my main street. If they appear in main street can they still move into your town then?

If they're on Main Street, you can't adopt them.

Thanks for the help guys, but I've decided to just have three normals in Floralia and get Kiki there instead. I don't think I have the patience to cycle. ^^'

I think it's random... Del moved out of my town before Chadder did, and Chadder appeared first. But I'm not sure.
