The Roost on Saturday nights, Wild World and City Folk.

For the chair set up (the two in front of K.K.), I had to go with the one from Wild World (Small space).
K.K's stage is the same set up for City Folk.

If that's ok..

Omg I spent SOOOOOO many waking hours on original AC!!!! The morning aerobics were one of my favs so I tried to recreate the scene! Apparently, Rocco brought his tambourine since the radio broke!0E7EE645-F933-42B3-8951-C5A6B21186B4.jpg

Homage to the gamecube days, when a villager would say they wanted to play, so I had to find that random ball in town and bring it to them. I'd find the ball all the way on the other side of town, carefully kick it towards the villager's house and get so close...only to lose the ball into the river when I had to cross the bridge .

Had trouble recreating this with the items I had in HHD so just in case:

blue rugs = water
brown table = dock
cobble stone rug = bridge
lilypad table/maple chair = the lilypads/flower in the pond in the GC game

My homage to two Population Growing things: washing Gracie's car and the golden trees you got from burying shovels at the daily shining spot.
(I tried to dress my character in a gamecube-ish style :p )

In Animal Crossing City Folk I was so excited when I finally achieved the lighthouse by donating 1,000,000 Bells to the Town Fund! It was so much fun to speculate ?Can we actually go inside it? Does it increase the number of rare fish you can catch?? Lol ... It is still one of my all time favourite PWPs and I have one in every town ... here is my HotDoggy Lighthouse celebration

This is my homage to The GameCube Blanca visits back in the days of drawing on her face. I have designed a room with some Blanca face designs on the walls, curtains and a shirt I designed to look like her original GameCube outfit, pictures of other animals faces on white (Blanc haha) furniture, white walls in reference to her face and the floor is designed to look a bit like the outdoors of the GameCube game.

This is an homage to the Messages of the Week in Animal Crossing Wild World. I picked my favorite message from the variants, and tried to recreate it. :-)

[By the way, the date in the game doesn't match the real one because I time travel.]

ok, I'm too far into my own idea to back out now, but something I just noticed

you can use any Animal Crossing game (including New Leaf) to create a scene that represents an older game in some way

does this hypothetically mean I could use cube crossing to represent a scene from city folk? :thonk:

because if so, this opens up other possibilities I might try out for future old school weeks. provided we still have something like this for them

One of my favorite things about wild world was the flea market!! I'd stuff my house with all the things I didn't want (extra tables, beds, etc) so that villagers wouldn't get mad at me for not wanting to sell my favorite things lol.

i like some of the room designs of villagers more in the old school games. for example ribbot so i recreated his wild world room in happy home designer :D

Here's my homage to the original Nook's Cranny from Animal Crossing for the GameCube, complete with Nook in his adorable apron. I actually made the QR for Nook's outfit myself, although it's based on one I saw online.

And a bonus picture because I couldn't get the clock in the shot with everything else.

Bonus points if your character has the droopy eyes, but nice either way.

A recreation of the acorn festival from wild world! Unfortunately pocket camp doesn?t have much of the mush set in game at the moment but it was my favourite in wild world and I still love it today - as well as Cornimer <3
