"Official" Mayor paper

I always send my villagers letters on the same kind of paper, bejeweled paper.

It's kind of the official mayor paper by now x3

Anybody else who does that?

Too cute! I haven't tried this, but it sounds like something fun to do. I rarely send my villagers letters. I tend to forget you can do it, and also, I am terrible at writing letters. (Even if it is to a NPC.) I always get all shy and embarrassed, because I know eventually I will slip up, and they will move away, and show the corny letter I wrote. XD

I've never done this, but I should! I don't really send letters because they can be kind of hard to write with limited space and the fact that they'll break the words if you get to the end of the line, but if there's a badge for it..

I send ten letters everyday - one for every villager. Attached is 100 bells - unless there is a shirt or furniture that fits them. Racks up the catalogue easy.
