Now that Turkey is over.. Who's ready for Toy day ?

i'm so ready for Toy Day!!! THis is one of my favorite festivals in ACNL and i cannot wait to do the event and play in winter time in ACNH!

I found Stitches on an island while looking for a new neighbor and moved him in JUST for Toy Day because... I mean, c'mon. I'm gonna decorate the outside of his house with toys and gift him toys to put inside and do a toy themed photoshoot with him... OMG I'LL PUT A BOW ON HIS HEAD SO HE LOOKS LIKE A PRESENT
...Oh, and, it'll be fun in other ways too, lol

I am so excited for toy day! I love Christmas in real life so I cannot wait to experience it with my villagers! I finally have all of my favorite villagers (for the most part) so it’ll be super fun to celebrate with them

I'm excited to decorating my island for the holidays! My decorating has lulled, so it's nice to have a legitimate reason to shake things up. I just moved in Fang via Amiibo (my S/O finally had a plot freed up to take Phoebe!), so I will have winter-themed villager, too. I hope the gifts that we deliver don't clash with the villagers' styles or homes too much, but at the very least, I will try to do deliveries for the villagers that I'm cycling.

One thing that is sad is how many orphaned deer (ESPECIALLY deer like Fauna and Erik) will be around after the Christmas season...I think that’s what happened to lucky back during Halloween.

How did Toy Day work in past games - do you deliver presents from Jingle to villagers? Will they display the gifts in their house? (I give my villagers a lot of gifts and am just curious)

Yes!! Just winter in general too- the snowmen are fun and it looks so pretty.

I’m super excited for Toy Day! Delivering gifts to villagers has always been one of my favourite quests, so getting to do it for a longer time on the day seems great!! Plus I love all the snow!

i am!! i’ve mentioned this a few times already but with christmas being my absolute favourite holiday, i’m genuinely so excited for toy day. the new diys + items look so, so good and i’m really looking forward to seeing jingle, too! this year has honestly been one disaster after another but i can tell that toy day will be a much needed boost of serotonin :’)

I've already started putting up a few decorations and this if the first holiday I think I'm going to dedicate a whole little section to. IRL holidays this year are just a bit... well you all know so I'm trying to get some extra holiday spirit in AC.
