Hello! So I am trying to decide my Nooks and Able sisters locations. At the moment, I have them separated, one is on like one part of the island, the other on the other side of the island. But recently I was thinking of moving the Able sisters to be behind Nooks so if I have visitors, they are closer.
On your map, do you have the stores close together or further apart? Screenshots would be great to see
My stores are close by but they are far from the entrance. I wanted all my buildings/houses spread out to utilize my entire map. Idc if people walk through my town because they can't use their shovels anyways.
I have my Nooks Cranny in Snowdin area(To represents Snowdin shop ) and I'm still struggling to find a good spot for Ables sisters(Its in hotland area until I find a more suitable spot) so I spaced my shops out, through If you really want Ables Sisters to be right behind Nooks, I say go for it!
My shops are currently next to each other on a cliff. It's a bit of a walk to get to it, but thinking about changing it soon. The path in the screenshot isn't quite done yet.
I have mine like that! Able's is right behind Nook's pretty close to the airport. I had them separate at first but I hated having to run to different sides of the island to shop. Although, having it spread out is kind of better if you want people to view all of your island. Most of my stuff is up front and center. Most people probably wouldn't wander far past the entrance so they won't get to fully enjoy my island
Mine are right next to each other. I'm hoping that if more shop buildings are added, I can create a shopping street or area of sorts. It's also much more convenient for me when I want to go shopping, because everything is in the same place!
They are not close to the airport entrance though, though they are not at the back of the island either. I figure that if I ever invite anyone over, I can always make signs/fence people in or lead them there, and if they're interested in what I have, they'll make the trek.
I have mine two units apart from each other on a strip just left of the airport. Makes it so convenient in case I ever open my island for turnips, and I can combine it and the beach to create a general shopping center/boardwalk thingy. I've also got enough space between the shops and the river that's like my private turnip storage and I can close it off from being accessible
Mine are next to each other. I really loved how they had a little plaza in wild world with stone in front of them too so I put my own twist on it in NH and I love how it came out.
