Nookphone glitch

Hello.
I cannot access my nookphone when press the ZL button and the phone logo is disappear from the left upper screen.

I try to redownload the game. Restart everything. Connect different controller. Contact nintendo ans ask in other ACNH community. All of that did not work and it happen again for second time after I start the game over from scratch.

This time I try to get the shopping app update in my phone. The animation show that my character take out the phone and screen update. But when that finish, I still cannot access my nookphone like I shown in video in this below link

I try to contact nintendo again and they have no idea about this problem. Does anyone have any information about this matter?

One thing to do is not use the Nook Phone as you are about to fly as a visitor to someone else’s island.

Thank for your reply I have not use nookphone in that way when this happen. My last hope is this may be fix in the next update.
