Non-AC Characters as Villagers

I hope the title makes sense... What are some characters you would like to see/recreate as villagers in your town? I would love to make a character that looks like Ponyo in her human form and give her an aquatic-themed house. I would give her bedhead (with orange hair, ofc) and a cute little dress!
