Yeah, I agree with the above poster some villagers are really sweet when you take the time to say something to them. It's just them lips though... Frogs aren't meant to use lipstick.

I've only had two villagers move into "bad" spots. Felicity in front of the Cafe and Deli semi-behind the Town Hall. I let Felicity move, as my peppy dreamie was Bianca. Deli's a dreamie, and after plot resetting for a few hours, I just let him be. It's not like he's totally hidden back there, and his house is between Whitney and Rolf's so it's like a little neighborhood. Fine by me!
Though while plot resetting, I've seen some of the terrible places villagers can move to. Like in front of my house or bridges. I'm sorry for your loss. >.<
