Found it!

After you load the funds to your account via the eShop card code:

1. Select "Nintendo eShop" on the HOME Menu to launch Nintendo eShop.
2. Select the account you want to use.
3. Select "Nintendo Switch Online" on the left side of the screen.
4. Select "Membership Options" to see the currently available memberships and prices.
