Nintendo Please Let Villagers Sing With Visitors Around

If you guys invite your friends over to your island, you'll know that your villagers just walk around your island or stay in their homes - they don't even respond to reactions when you have visitors over :'(

I used to have a stage built on my island (now destroyed LOL) but it would be so cute to see villagers be more interactive...I wonder if there's any difficulties having villagers sing/sleep/dance when others are there?

It's such a shame, seeing villagers sing or dance is the cutest thing ever!

ive noticed this too, its a shame you can’t have them sing when vistors are around, it would b nice to have a concert with friends and villagers- oh and i really want the ability to join in with them and sing along! nintendo.. please

I remember from the beginning of the game they didn't sing or do the playful airplane running...I thought that as they got to know me they were getting more comfortable expressing themselves. Maybe they are shy around visitors

That's actually kind of a funny/cute thought xD like they wanna be on their best behavior for your visitors LOL. But seriously I feel like them airplane running shouldn't be difficult to code alongside online play? I wonder why they just stop?
