Can't update my 3DS with the new update that's been out. It keeps saying that an error has occurred and it is going to restart the system. What should I do? I've tried getting a new router, tried all of the steps Nintendo recommends, but nothing works.

Try going to someone else's house and try their wi-fi or go to a place that has free wi-fi and do the update there. Dunno why it's not working for you, but it's probably just something wrong with your wi-fi, not your system.

I had the same problem, but I later disabled my firewall settings and it let me update.

Maybe it's because the games I got I haven't really enjoyed, but I haven't really been playing my 3DS at all. It just sits there. I can't wait for more games to come out.
