Nicest thing someone has done for you on ACNL?

The nicest thing someone, or should I say some people have done for me was give me villagers free of charge, and quite a few were popular. Ankha, Lolly, Rosie and possibly Diana from a friend. What's the nicest thing someone has done for you?

After I got the game, my friend gave me baskets of all the fruits, and she gave me a silver slingshot which was really awesome, because my nooklings wouldn't even stock the regular slingshot.

PrettyGuinea gave me Fauna for free. That's just so kind and generous! Fauna goes for several millions and I got her for free <3 I'm truly grateful for that!

The first AC friend I made was a contact on Flickr. One day I was visiting her town and saw she had unlocked museum shop. I got all excited that I could buy the silver shovel...till I tried to pay and realized I didn't have enough bells on me.
She was like "wait a minute", and bought the shovel and even the rose painting for me. It seems like such a small thing now, but at the time we still didn't know each other too well and I was really touched.

More recently I was given Zucker for free by dreamysnowx on the villager trading board here! I still can't believe he was just given to me for nothing! I was super happy for days after that. Actually still happy lol.

(Aw, what a blessing to my heart to be on here!) I remember when I first started on TBT, MelonPan gave me an entire basket of perfect pears, even though I only asked for one, and a Pisces Lamp! I was so shocked that anyone would be so generous and willing to help a newb right off the bat. As I've become more involved, I've only been more and more impressed with how caring and responsive the community here is! I've never seen a video game community that is so generous and considerate to all it's members. I'm really so impressed!

So far giving me fruit I didn't have, bamboo and 20k bells was the nicest! As well as having a fishing contest with me. Then again, I've only visited 3 people in NL so far.

A met a guy on the island, from America ~ He seemed super nice (we were both bug farming at the time) and so we both added each other's FCs. His town was amazing and mine was far from perfect, unlike now ;D the next day, he introduced me to some of his other friends and we all get along great ^-^ It was a rare encounter. My first and so far last.
It's so difficult to find a group of friends like that on AC since I usually come across creepers on the CT island. Too bad that group of friends is slowly fading. END is in friEND after all so I should've known it wasn't going to last forever ~ if only our time zones weren't so far apart :L

I know what you mean about the time zone thing,
in other games I always try to meet up with people but they are always in the US or in Japan.

I'm scared of the island now. I added someone and they tried to steal everything in my town- TNFTWS (Thank Nintendo for the wifi switch) Kinda nice when people like that appear

Well, for one, my sister bought me ACNL haha.

My friend (who is not involved with the mass AC community) pretty much lets me borrow anything from her town like silver/gold axes, and gives me stuff she has on her catalogue that I don't need.

Should be noted all my adoptive villagers have been from giveaways! Only top tier one would be Phoebe though, right around before she got bumped in rank.

When I gave away Merry, the buyer tipped me an unexpected 500k<. It really made me have a positive impression of this entire community haha.

I posted somewhere that I was looking for some money donations because I was getting a bit bored of island big catching. I was expecting people to donate max of about 100k but I didnt get any donations. A week later, Isabelle for President! messaged me asking if I still wanted money, I said yes and she came and gave me 33 million! I was blown away from her kindness and hope to save enough money for someone else one day <3

A friend i had added on my 3DS who owned ACNL was selling his 3DS. I wanted to come to his town so he let me come and guess what!?!?! he had millions of bells in his bank and since he was selling his 3DS HE gave most of millions of bells to me. I was so happy he gave them to me and now i'm mega-rich in bells.I put my millions of bells in my post office bank account to save so i can gain interest every month.
