For me, I'm planning on playing more Zelda games. I definitely want to beat Links Awakening (Switch) and Twilight Princess (Wii), and I would like to try my hand at Breath of the Wild (hoping to buy a copy), Link to the Past (idk if I can get a SNES copy cheap), and the original NES version (which I already own luckily). In the past I've been really bad at playing these games since they tend to be really cryptic, but recently I've been getting better at it and I've been enjoying it more, so I would like to give the Zelda series a bigger chance this year

In 2020 I'd love to play all of the games in my game shelf. I have, but haven't played (wow, all for Ps4):

-Dangan Ronpa
-Fallout 4
-Kingdom Hearts 3
-Persona 5 (I've played some)
-Lego Dimensions
-The Last of Us
-Life is Strange

I also plan on purchasing and playing (all for Switch):

-Super Mario Odyssey
-Kirby Star Allies
-Rabbids Mario/Kingdom Battle
-Mario Kart 8 Deluxe for Switch
-Yoshi's Crafted World

Also, I plan on finishing Pokemon: Let's Go Pikachu. I've been so in love with Pokemon Sword that I finished it before Let's Go.

I would definitely love to actually finish building my farm in Stardew Valley ahah, I finished my house interior but I have not really given a hoot about my overall farms look.
It is a lot of ground to cover so it is a bit daunting to me. :p

Finishing Bloodborne would be cool too, such a great game but very different for me!
It is hard for me to get into the mood to play action or fast-paced games.

I want to beat Sonic Adventure 2. I have already but my bf downloaded it on our Wii so it's a new file!

I would like to come out of my online introvert shell and go online on games that I'd really like to play well, online, but can't due to me thinking i'd get multiple losses no matter what strategy I do, never getting improved as I go on.

This year I feel like I should stop doing this and hopefully change all that. I mean, there's no way of knowing unless you try. Sure i'll get a nervous sweat, but at least I tried.

I would like to play and beat Xenoblade Chronicles 2 this year, as well as play a lot of Animal Crossing New Horizons. Other than that there aren’t really any other Switch games that interest me at the moment (aside from maybe Mario Kart 8 Deluxe). I also want to beat Pokemon Ultra Sun for the final time, complete my Pokedex on Pokemon Sword (as I’ve never completed a Pokedex before, and I’m already working on this in Sword), finish playing and beat the rest of the routes in Fire Emblem Three Houses (I beat the Golden Deer route and I’m doing the Blue Lions route on the hardest difficulty, but I still haven’t played the other two routes yet), and just get better at Super Smash Bros. Ultimate (which I’m also working on currently). I also want to go back and do the post-game missions on Pokemon Conquest again now that I beat the game using a Lucario as my partner Pokemon.

So yeah, there’s not a lot of new games I want, but I think I’ll be occupied with what I have for awhile. :)

I already have a backlog of PS4 games that I want to play, which include Witcher 3, Persona 5, Rainbow Six Siege and Doom. I also want to purchase Wolfenstien and The Last of Us at some stage. As for Switch, there's nothing on there at the moment but of course we'll have New Horizons soon which will take up all my gaming time lol. I should probably finish Super Smash Bros Ultimate at some stage too haha.

To play more video games in general! Most of my daytime is spent listening to music but I'd like to start playing stuff more!

play the last of us! i got it a couple of years ago and never got round to playing it, which i want to do considering the new one is out soon.

This year I'm finally gonna play Earthbound (hopefully). I've heard so many great things about this game and it's about time I found out what the hype is all about.

I want to beat Kid Icarus: Uprising on 9.0 difficulty. I don't know if I will since it's really hard to do, but it would be a really nice accomplishment in one of my favorite games.

This year, I want to buy a Switch and play all the games I've missed out on and all the games to be released. I'm looking foward to Rune Factory 5 the most and I'm hoping Animal Crossing New Horizons will be tons of fun with memorable music. I'd also like to buy some modded retro consoles to play games I never got the chance to try and some more PS Vita/3DS games I still don't own, but wanted. And if I can, I'd like to buy some more plushies and room decorations.

For this year, I hope I can get a job over the summer and thereby buy a Switch. Since Switch games are quite expensive to me, I'll want Super Mario Odyssey, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, and Undertale since I have no consoles that play that game. As for ACNH, I think that'll have to wait.

Here's my New Years Resolutions listed down below:

  • Story of Seasons: Trio of Towns - I plan to collect every clothing and accessory in the game before 2021 arrives. Though... I'll probably have to spend money on the DLC since I think there are some outfits I can only obtain through purchasing the DLC. Forgot how much the DLC cost, but I don't think it'll be too much trouble if I bought it.
  • Conception II: Children of the Seven Stars - The goal here is complete my play-through of this game before 2021 comes around. Don't like leaving games that I play unfinished. I hope that I'll be able to beat this game soon.
  • The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D - For this one... I'm not sure if I ever played this or not. So... I had decided to make it a goal to play this game and complete it since I don't have much of a memory when it comes to this game. Not sure how difficult this game is going to be for me since the only Legend of Zelda game that I've fully played is The Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker for the Nintendo GameCube. Hope it isn't too difficult for me when I get the chance to play the game.

I think I'm just going to stop buying games until I've either finished with what's already in my backlog. I've got such a huge backlog of games and it's just getting worse since I'm always buying more. Having less time to play but more money to buy really hasn't helped this.

I'm obviously not going to finish games I'm not enjoying but I need to at least start them up and give them an honest go since there's so many games I have that I've never even seen the titles screen. As for most games I do like I'm happy with "seen the credits" rather than full completion a lot of the time, but I'll put a bit of extra time into endgame activities if I like them enough.

Oh, and party games. I'm not gonna sit there and force myself to finish something like Overcooked when I specifically bought it to play with others.

I think the only games I'm gonna make an exception for are AC:New Horizons and Cyberpunk 2077 depending on the reviews. If its released this year, and Metroid Prime 4 if only to add to those always """disappointing""" sales figures they're constantly quoting as the reason we don't get much Metroid.

I've already started somewhat with this on Luigi's Mansion 3. It's really good, but I have been forcing myself to finish it since I've been getting the urges to start a new game I probably won't finish either. Feels like I'm towards the end of that.

Probably start Xenoblade Chronicles 2 since that feels like it's going to be the hardest game to get through judging from the length of the previous two. I started it before but only got a few hours in and wasn't 'really feeling it' and feel I really should give it another go.

Then I've got a whole host of indie games to at least turn on...Probably go for Hollow Knight given the high praise it gets. Again, like XC2, I've started it on PC but wasn't feeling it, but I'll give it another go on Switch where I can play it on the go. Might enjoy it more playing it that way.

I'm with you on the "got lots of money but no time thing." I've been holding back on spending money on games and only buying the ones I'm "HECK YES!" about. I sadly no longer have time to put towards "ehh, I'll give it a chance." It sucks but I guess that's adulthood. Having a huge backlog for me only stresses me out when playing games is supposed to be fun.

I'm gonna make more people buy Bravely Default II so that I have more than just 1 friend who's played the games.

I just got a Switch for Christmas and don't have too many games for it yet, but I am excited to do the following!

Resolution number one! But more games!
Resolution number two! Complete my stardew farm!
Resolution number three! Finish Little dragons cafe!
Resolution number four! Replay all my NES favorites!
Resolution number five! Play more indie games!
I hope I get the chance to mark these off for this year ;3

Well so far my resolution isn't going to well lmao. I wanted to focus this whole month on dragon quest 11 and well that didn't work out when you get into shiny raids. But I'm trying now. Also I want to find time to finish breath of the wild whenever the second part drops. Also I hope at sime point I can dive into xenoblade chronicles 2 and the witcher 3.
