Trading new 7-11 items for unorderable/amiibo items

I'm interested in the sushi bench, I might have some ice stuff and I have a few cabana items, which cabana items do you need?

I still need the screen, dresser, vanity, rack, wall and floor.

I have the squid chair and jellyfish lamp for the snack case?

I'm looking for maybe 4-5+items per 7-11 item. I have to time travel for coupons then go to the store to get the RV every time I want to order more than 3 so they're pretty annoying and time-intesive to get...

Do you think you'll get a restock of all the items again? And if you do, would you trade them for all the ice and sloppy items you need. Plus some snowman (I'll just have to check which items I have)?
