Need help! Can't visit towns?

Hi guys!
I've been having a real problem trying to get into someone's town.
No matter what their town won't show up.
Would someone mind adding my FC so I can see if it's me?
I just wanna see if I can see opened gates of others.

Your wireless switch must be on. Select faraway town. Both users should register each other's friend code. Ensure they have actually opened.

Everything you said has been done. We can both see one another is online in our friends list. Hers is open and selected to invite everyone. I'm not getting any error codes, just not having her town show up.
