Visit help, please

I am trying to visit someone's island to help them, but when either of us enter the Dodo Code it gives us an error.

Would anybody be able to help with this? If someone could visit my island, or if I can visit yours? I just want to see if I get the same error, or if it something that is blocking only the two of us from connecting.
