Native Fruit Poll!

I'm not sure if someone has already made a thread like this or not, but I am very curious to see what are the most common/rarest native fruits are in the TBT community for research purposes that could potentially benefit perfect fruit exchanges (like this one)! This curiosity sparked when a particular, recently-made TBT friend made note that I had pears as my native fruit and how she rarely sees them and that she had seen other fruits a lot more (specifically apples and peaches [& not oranges oddly which I personally have seen a lot more]). What is your native fruit everyone?

I have cherries, which I was really happy about because my town name means cherry blossoms. I didn't even reset for them.

I like most of the other fruits, though, and try to have them all in my town.

My native fruit is oranges. I don’t really mind them even though they seem to be the least liked native fruit.

Every time I start a town I get my least favorites, either pears or oranges.
I always get too excited when first playing and forget to reset for my desired fruit (previously cherries, but I like how perfect apples look more).

I have pears. I don't care for them too much but I'm okay with it. In my first town, they were also my native fruit, which is kind of funny because I didn't reset for them either time.

I have four towns (because I have so many villagers whose designs I like and wanted to adopt but didn't want to just cycle old ones out) and each town has a unique town fruit. They are Pears, Oranges, Peaches, and Cherries. I'm kind of disappointed because I wanted at least one town to have Apples as the town fruit because the Perfect Apples look really nice, but I'll probably just aim for them in the Switch game.

This is the first town I got pears. Usually it was peaches and once apples. I like pears cause they seem to be the less loved they are funny cause perfect pears look like potatoes. And who doesn’t like potatoes?? I love them! So long live potatoes!... I mean pears. Pears! XD

I have apples for Komorebi, peaches for Nugget, and cherries for Hayfon. But, I answered apples since Komorebi is my main town.

Honestly, I don’t see many people with native oranges. This is also kind of based on me visiting dream towns as well. I feel like the most common are apples and cherries. I don’t really blame people for wanting those native fruits considering that I personally think perfect apples and cherries are the most desirable and prettiest to look at. I love seeing orange trees though! Especially around autumn time when the leaves are yellow/light orange.

I don’t see pears or peaches that often, but when there’s a summer or pastel theme to someone’s town that’s when I’ll notice they usually have these fruits as their native one.

You can’t see the poll after voting in it? That’s odd. As of this post, it is a tie between apples and cherries (8 votes each) for most common native fruit which makes sense because they both look really nice in their perfect form! Peaches are currently the least common with oranges & pears tied for 2nd to last! Quite fascinating if you ask me.

My town's native fruit is cherries. I actually wanted apples to be my native fruit, but I am fine with having cherries as a native fruit.
