My DS Lite is slowly dying.

it depends if the warranty expired yet. they would charge you to fix it if it expired. your best bet is to just invest in a new one ( i woould recomend a DSi)

The warranty is probably expired.
I've had this thing since Christmas 06.

I guess I'm getting a Blue DSi.

My pink DS Lite's hinge is broken. It flops while I play and it's so annoying. My L button doesn't work once in a while. My brother's white DS Lit is worse. His DS is almost ripped in half yet it still works.

I want a DSi or at least a Pikachu DS Lite. xD

My DS is just barely hanging by the cords, so the top screen never works unless I like twist the screen around, which basically pulls the thing off....

I've had my old original gray DS every since it came out, and it still works fine for me. It's a shame about your DSi though. I'd suggest staying with it. It's better to just work through these minor annoyances then to fork over $200 to buy a new one.
