Well, you have a few options. For one, when he's hitting you, grab his hands. In an authoritative voice say, "Stop, you do NOT hit your big sister over a bunch of pixels on a screen. You do NOT hit ANYBODY ever." If that ends up not working, try to have a talk with him when he's not playing it. Maybe mention what Josh said about this habit continuing on his wife.

Oh, also, maybe you should show him the bruises you've gotten from this. Tell him that he caused this, and if he doesn't stop it'll get worse.

I have tried standing up for myself but then he just tells my parents that I'm bullying him and then when I tell them what he's doing to me they get in rage and are all like 'Stop lying!'

And our internet doesn't work well if you have a wall (or a door) separating you from the router and getting a faster internet doesn't work, it all has to pass through the old, damaged telephone cables outside, so no matter what company we go with our internet is always slow.

Perhaps you can grab him firmly in the hands preventing him to run and tell your parents and like CherryTree said, tell him this has to stop, show him your bruises, and if it continues, it'll get worse, and not just for you, but for him if you attack him back/self defend yourself.

I would say something along the lines of.... "This has to stop. I'm not doing this to bother you and make you angry, but to actually learn, and grow up to have a better job and life. I think that's more important than starting at a TV screen all day killing virtual people. If you keep doing this, it will get worse for both of us."
