SO TO SUMMARIZE
you have L's option of trolling him with huge file downloads/HD videos that take an hours & hiding the laptop, so that he's acting for long enough to show your parents
you have Rorato's option of having a hidden video camera to get the dirt on him
you have a couple of people (including nook since he'll baw if i don't mention him) saying you need to influence him correctly
and what I would do (i think a couple of people have already said it) is hole yourself up somewhere (if you can lock your bedroom door and still get a connection, that'd be great) or, try and get your parents to catch him, if he isn't already trying to play nicey-nicey with them.
you could always try to settle it with him personally, but that will not work IMO. you can threaten him by saying you'll hide/break his game/controller, but that goes south really fast if you actually follow up with it. (heh) and if you don't, then it just depends on how well you bluff him.
try and suggest Demos through PSN. LBP2 has a rocket shooting level that you could play with him if you have a second controller, and if not, he might enjoy the platforming game anyway.
most demos only use the internet for downloading (not online play/etc) so you could download them for him at an earlier date (when he's not playing), and when he *****es and whines, show him which games you've got for him to try. he's bound to at least take 30 minutes starting them all and saying "I don't like this needs moar gunz"
you could try opera. there's a nifty system tray hide command (Ctrl + H i think) that puts opera in the system tray (bottom right)
if you set your system tray to hide that icon, there's literally no way (without him checking the system tray of course) that he would know whether or not you're on the net.
if he just belligerently turns off the laptop, *censored.3.0*ing own his ass. grab him by the neck with your elbow or something. just make sure you don't hurt him. enforce your older-sibling status and don't let him back-sass you.

I find it funny that your getting pwned by a twelve year old XD. just do it anyway, say if you keep hitting me i'll keep having 2 tabs, he gets pissed off and hits you, you keep on having 2 tabs.

There is an obvious solution to this.
Go into the PS3 and change the connection settings, this way, it'll say he can't connect no matter what, then he'll just blame the internet you have.

Try slitting a wire in the A/V cables. That'll keep him quiet for awhile.
I gotta agree, if you let your brother push you around like that, he'll know he has dominance over you. You gotta stand your ground, eventually he'll tire and it'll show that you won't be pushed around.L Lawliet said:
