Moving out Special Amiibo Villagers

I've recently moved Cece and Inkwell into my town, but I've decided that I don't want to keep them. Do they eventually ask to move out just like any other villager?

I haven't heard any conformation myself, but you can replace them with a villager via amiibo card.

I hear they do not ping to move out and must be removed by another amiibo card villager.

ive heard you can move them out, but im unsure. im considering buying the marie amiibo just to get viche if you cant move them out

I don't think they ask to move out. You just replace them by scanning in someone new.

i think its too soon to know for sure. note that most people say "i dont think" or "i heard." i think the only way to know is to wait for/do your own definitive test.
