Most overrated/ underrated villagers

Hmmm, I think most of the lower tiers are underrated ^^
I just love them all so much >u< They're all just so precious ^-^

Most Underrated: Velma! (or, ALL of the hippos ...)

I personally think most of the Wolves villagers are overrated. I do not find them that interesting personally, visually and personality wise (so many Cranky ones).

I feel like Camofrog is underrated Although also Cranky, I love his look and he feels quite unique to me. Frogs in general do not seem to be that popular sadly.
