Who is the most overrated villager in the game?

Mine is hands down, Rosie.

I don't want to insult other people it's just my opinion. I think that where her eyes are placed on her face are a little creepy.

Rosie's design in the movie is much much better, yet they never use it in any of the games so... yeah...

I would say Marshal...but that's just asking for trouble, so I choose the cake rhino instead.

I'd say Marshal, and I adore him XD He was in my town before I even knew there was a AC fandom, and I loved the little guy. But I do know he's also insanely popular, to the point it's almost crazy @.@

Edit;; I also think Colton is overrated. For the simple fact that he probably wouldn't be as popular as he is if it weren't for the fact he's considered to be paired with Julian. I just think that his popularity depending on another popular character is sad, in a way.

I have him in my town and he is cute, I do like him, but I can't understand why he's #1. There are SO many unique and interesting villagers with more artistic designs. But perhaps it's because Marshal is so accessible to people of all interests that he's so popular. Not everyone would want an Egyptian cat or a dragon or a teapot in their town, but a cute marshmallow squirrel? Always fits in!

I do understand why he's so popular, and yeah he is pretty cute! But it's interesting how he became the #1 most popular villager and didn't change a lot. He's almost the symbol of the villager trading plaza, together with Ankha imho haha

Sorry to the lovers but Marshall and Stitches. I love squirrels, wolves, goats and sheep and once get second ds hope to move my animals around but I had Marshall once, due to a tt accident to out someone else I lost him practically gave away and stitches was cute but I don't know I guess I thought someone would love him more as he wasn't my dream.
By chart and my experience those two come to mind, and I have Lolly and it just isn't clicking either maybe with my taste a good norm would be ch?vre..anyway, lolly as well though I do like her.

I agree with most people when they say Marshal.

I love Marshal & think he's adorable, but I do think he's a tad overrated. Then again, there has to be someone in the #1 spot.
