Most basic villager?

Dizzy or Apollo from that list! Both are great though!
The first villager that came to my mind was actually Goldie, which doesn't mean that she's not cute, but I think her design is very basic. But since she's not on your list, I picked Dizzy. Dizzy is very cute, but also pretty basic.

From the list I went with Dizzy but Daisy and Elmer,who were not on the list,are also pretty basic.
I mean basic as they are very simple (that doesn't mean they're bad villagers)

As I now see what Dizzy looks like, I'll more than likely change my vote to that. I thought Butch was the most basic, because he just... looks like your ordinary state of the art dog. I dunno. xD
When I looked at a picture of Dizzy, I realzied he is very plain and simple. He is a plain color with a pretty plain shirt. He really does not have any pazazz, but I am not saying he is a bad villager

I thought Jay looked really basic, even his name is pretty basic, but since he's not listed, I'll go with Goose. Goose, other than his shirt, is a close second.
I mean, I'd say Molly. She's just a normal duck and has the normal personality. Even her name is basic.
I love her though.
Out of the poll options, I'd go with Goose if we're going by looks like a normal animal, and Dizzy if we're going by had no effort put into the design.
But like, at least Goose and Dizzy have interesting names. Like Goose looks nothing like a Goose, and where did Dizzy even come from?
Some things on the list DO NOT look basic to me though, some are downright whacky and creepy looking.
I love her though.

I would say from that list, Dizzy is the most basic looking villager, followed by Apollo, who's design is
also more simple (but kinda cool).
Other villagers which also have a more basic looking design in my opinion but aren't listed here are
Whitney, Bill, Drake, Curly, Kiki and Ruby.

I think Dizzy is the most basic looking villager, he looks pretty much like a real elephant. But his default shirt gives him a sort of personality.
Dizzy and Daisy are very basic and very cute! I have some of the other basic villager listed there such as Joey should you decide you want him (I have his amiibo) but I would recommend dizzy and/or daisy more highly
