mom only sends me wheat fields is this a prank

This is like the third time (in a row!!) I’ve opened a letter from mom and the attachment was a wheat field. She will send some cute letter about fireflies or something, so I get excited it’s a cute present- nope, MORE WHEAT!

Is this some sort of sick prank and if so, mother please cease this at once. I’m drowning in wheat

I’m genuinely at a loss. My console is modded but the game itself isn’t, so it shouldn’t mess with the rng of items. This is even a newly reset town that I’ve never ran through a save editor or used plugins on

I had a villager give me one after running an errand. I think I’ve shaken one out of a tree. Mom keeps sending them. Pretty sure T&T sold me one. Make it stop
