Mauville city mystery booth and contest doors ORAS

So I was in "Mallville" city and i noticed an unoccupied booth. I'm not referring to the closed game arcade but it has a white board in the back and resembles a school. Whats that supposed to be?

Also noticed 2 blue doors at the top of contest halls. Are those important?

Booth: It says that It's the "Song and Sword Move Academy" , and it's where the guy who teaches Meloetta 'Relic Song' and Keldeo 'Secret Sword' works.

Doors: They do nothing.
