I never know which tier list is accurate. I see her listed as tier 2 on one list and tier 3 on another. Where do you go to decide which tier a villager belongs on ??

UPDATE: Sort of a change a plans... ^^U I was going to wait longer to reset the town (until there was only tier 5s), but I'm in the mood to do the resetting tonight. (I know it's super weird to be fussy about town specifics in a cycling town, but.. I really want a town with circle grass for once! Silly, I know XD) So tonight will be spent on transferring items, pulling the millions of weeds for badges, and hopefully finding the perfect -and permanent- cycling town c: The new town will debut tomorrow night, so keep an eye out for the new villagers ^__^

Also debuting with the town will be new rules! I've sorta gotten the hang of things, so lurking will now be available (for all tiers)! I'll no longer have reservations, but any current reservations will remain in place! And maybe I can even make the front page look slightly nicer
