I have about $1,500,000 bells but I get tired of going to the island all the time ugh, I have the ordinance set on bell bloom but I am looking to make more money. Thanks

Turnips is the best way in game I think. But it's even better to sell stuff here on the forum. Tier 1 villagers sell for quite a lot of bells ^^

selling turnips can make you a lot. Look for turnip spikes in other towns online and ask to go to their towns and sell.

other than that going to the island is a good way to make a lot of bells. there are different guides to how to optimize your island to catch more rare bugs (remove flowers and normal trees etc) if you wanna make more money when u go there :>

Buy them on Sunday mornings, then see if anyone in the train station has a high price.
I make around 7-8mil every Sunday.

1.) Click on their bells and hit 'transfer X amount to Y's account
2.) Bragging rights mostly
3.) People can buy collectibles, in game-items, art, ect. with them

Anyways, besides selling things on the forum, there's always the turnip exchange like others said, or go to the island and harvest i̶l̶l̶e̶g̶a̶l̶ ̶a̶n̶d̶ ̶e̶n̶d̶a̶n̶g̶e̶r̶e̶d̶ ̶w̶i̶l̶d̶l̶i̶f̶e̶ ̶t̶o̶ ̶s̶e̶l̶l̶ ̶o̶n̶ ̶t̶h̶e̶ ̶b̶l̶a̶c̶k̶ ̶m̶a̶r̶k̶e̶t̶ . But I would say selling items that people are looking for on the TBT marketplace makes bells faster.

rocks can spew 8,000 to 16,000 bells a day and there are 3-4 fossisl buried a day which are worth more than 10,000 bells total, you can easily make more than half a million bells in a month just by hitting rocks and digging up fossils.

There's also Re-Tail where you can sell unwanted furniture you were given at 4x the selling price minus one bell.

I don't remember how I got 100mil, I just remember catching like enough sharks to fill my inventory and I did it over and over and over. I got the badge like a year ago and I've earned like 25mil since then just catching rare bugs and fish.

No risk is the hunting bugs or selling perfect fruit when it's premium in another person town. Make sure they have a different fruit.
Do you have your island set up to make bug catching fast? I had bell bloom and made around 1 million each night. Three trees on each side of the hut and one tree in the middle. Everything else got removed.

Also premium bugs should be showing up at retail right now. So far I've had premium gold stag and goliath beetles. Pocket almost full of gold stags gave me 333K and my town was on beautiful. With bell bloom you would have got more.

For turnips trying getting in a group that will share when their prices are high. Deal is you open if you have high prices and they open when they do. One friend had her town on a different date. Bought and sold 2 lockers full on a Sunday. That was a very good day.

Oh I forgot to mention the gambling method. If you happen to have a camper in your town (preferably lazy) you can score some serious big bucks with only a few items. What you need to do is talk to them until the offer to play a game where they try to buy an item from you at an inflated price.
The only risk to this if you lose, you only get about 20% of the items actual worth. But I've made over 200,000 on one island beetle by winning. I believe every villager personality has a game like this, but I think lazys work the best.

I literally profited over 5,000,000 bells last week from turnips.

Bought them for 94 each, and then on wednesday evening they sold for 486 each. One of my personal bests (without visiting anyone else's town)

I had almost 13,000 turnips in total, and I used a mule account to store most of them for me.

perfect fruit is a good way to do it too! Make an orchid, find someone with a different town fruit than you, hoard your bundles of fruit and then go to town! add all these things together (turnips, beetles, perfect fruit) and then cash out!

At first the only way I was making money was by selling bettles from the island and make lots of money that way. However it was taking way to long for the amount of money that I needed so I tried some other things. You can earn tbt on the forums and can't add tbt for in game bells. I think for 100 tbt you should get 15 million in game bells. Or something that I just tried today was selling turnips. I bought a locker full of turnips for about 101 bells for each turnip and I sold them at another persons town for 503 bells per turnip. It really adds up if you buy a lot so that is another way to earn bells. I think I made around 5 million bells in one hour just from selling my turnips.
