is the switch 2 update worth the $5 price tag?

i am debating it something fierce is there a notable difference with graphics - primarily interested in the handheld graphics as i have not yet set up my docking station? i don't want to be missing out, but i also don't want to waste my money so i figured i'd ask around!!

Ehhh it was a bit disappointing. A lot of the other stuff comes free but like the actual paid upgrade only gives you mic and makes everything look a little smoother. It isn't too noticable (to me at least) and I'm not sure if it actually helps the frame rate itself like the free Pokemon Scarlet/Violet update clearly has. There is also that 12 player upgrade if you actually have that many people to play with. I'm not sure what else there was, I think that's it? All in all, I'm gonna say not really. Not a real must have in my opinion.
