Not in my cycling town right now, but he is in my main town. I planned to post him here once he's in boxes, but I don't expect that for a while. He's being extremely stubborn, and I have 9 villagers that I'm keeping. It's hard to get that one villager to leave, lol.

is there a villager who moves out every week, or is it just random. Also don't you lose villages from time traveling? (wouldn't you be risking the ones you're trading away?)

They only move out from the time travelling. No, villagers don't leave without Isabelle's warning unless you screw up the cycle, which we've done like 4 times already.
