Hi everyone,

Still getting the hang of everything ACNH has to offer and trying to learn TBT etiquette. Does anyone have any tips for us noobs? Lol.

Would love to visit Islands for shopping at Able Sisters and Nooks Cranny when they are open and I also welcome respectful visitors anytime as well. I'm a Northern Island so if anyone would like to dive or fish just let me know. If you would like visitors I would love to dive and fish on a southern island again as well. It's interesting to catch new things. PM anytime for dodo.

tip, cataloging is a good way to get items fast.
tip, buy as meany turnips as you can while you still have room on your island. get turnip calculator and be on the look out to sell high.
tip. know when shooting stars will be, look in to meteo nook weather app...its hard to set up but worth it! ex: MY Weather

That said, some things it took me a while to learn;

- When visiting other people's islands, be sure to always ask before doing anything other than your intended goal for being there; make sure to leave via the airport; leave feedback for people and typically they will return the favor.

-Cataloging means the item will be laid out for you, you pick it up and set it right back down. It will then appear in your catalog (accessible via the ATM on resident services and later on your NookPhone)

- When you're using the forums, try searching items you are looking for using the search function on the site. A lot of times, people will be giving things away so check that before buying. If you're finding certain items to be IMPOSSIBLE to find, try posting in The Wishing Well

Catalogging is where you pick up an item and then drop it, because once you've had it in your inventory you can buy it from Nooks Shopping. There's a few ppl that do catalog events on here. I highly recommend this one: Blueming's Blooming Catalog before she closes.

Oh, and one other thing-- avoid scams by doing your buying/selling/trading on here. I hear of a ton of Facebook group, Nookazon, and Discord scams. Rarely if EVER do you hear about them or see them on this forum or those people get banned fairly quickly.
