Behold... my island journal.

I’ve come to the conclusion that I’d love to document this creative journey as I figure out what the heck to do with the weird island layout I’ve blindly selected.

Current map:

Current villagers are:
Stitches, Biff, Marshall, Gonzo, Lolly, Maple, Sherb, Judy, Raymond, Dotty

Current goals:
• Try to find a high level theme
• Re-terraform rivers to connect cohesively
• Make one big neighbourhood

Today’s update:

I made one overall plan on how I’m going to move the neighbourhood(s) and fix the river.

I’m going to need to do a lot of moving things around and a lot of digging up flowers and trees, but so far I’m satisfied with this plan.

Im grateful for the TBT community who gave me advice yesterday evening on how to fix my island.

Today’s update:

I was terraforming according to yesterday’s plan and it just wasn’t feeling nice.
I decided to go back to the drawing board and make a bold decision: no more neighbourhood(s.) I’m going to spread out the houses.

This is how my map currently looks so this is going to take... a while (But at least I might not question my island choices every 5 minutes as I play...maybe)
