would anyone be willing to visit my dream town and give me some advice? I need help with tree arrangement, flower placement, PWP placement, etc. the PWPs I'd like to use are the log bench, bus stop, zen clock, water well, wisteria trellis, and statue fountain. I can review yours as well in return if you like! dream code is in my signature :)

yours is gorgeous! I really love how the trees are arranged and the colors flow well together. the picnic blanket is really cute. the combination of those bushes and the bamboo is great. the whole town just has a really calm yet cheery feeling to it, great job!

-the skinny path looks okay, but I'm pretty sure there is a larger version that may look better
-you can create a wisteria trellis so that a path goes through it(like mine)
-flower arrangements look best when around your path, pwps, and tree groups
*use flowers, trees, and bushes to hide any feeling of artificiality your path might give
-the zen clock might look good in the area around Brewsters and ReTail
-the statue fountain might look nice directly south of the train station or to the left of the path, north of Dotty's house
-the water well might look good south of Dotty's house or just west of the yellow bench
-the bus stop might look nice west of city hall

thank you for the advice!! I really like those location ideas, I'll probably use them!

Just for the North side of your town (once you get my style you will get my idea for the South side of your town):

^Surround town hall with path. Use one path as the outer rim surrounding your town hall and the other as path pattern that covers up the cobblestone.

^Add another layer of path to the left and right side of your fountain and use a single path pattern to connect to the town hall

^"x" are the path you can eliminate. Connect the fountain to the villager's house on the right with 2 wide path pattern

^coming to your villager's house to the right of your fountain

^use path to surround villager house

^use 2 wide path on the path close to your river

^widen your path again

^ you can use 3 wide path pattern to connect villager's house to police station. Also connect this path to your town hall with 2 wide pattern (see the holes I dug on the side)

^ connect the police station to the town plaza
Also use a 2 wide path to connect bulletin board with town plaza and train station.
Use a 2 wide path pattern to connect scooter's house to your house.
Surround Scooter's house with path
Connect Scooter's house to the train station using 2 wide path pattern
*** Important... use similar path patterns or stick to one color of path pattern. I felt the bricks and grass patterns you had were way off.
You can also use my dream to see what I mean by surrounding villager's houses with path and surrounding town hall/town plaza/train station with pattern and covering cobblestone up with pattern.

thank you, TeeTee! I'm just using the grass path temporarily until I wear down a natural dirt path. I like the idea of surrounding the houses and buildings, though :)
