Is there a list that shows which specific personalities ping certain projects?
(if that makes sense?)

I'm trying to get the Police Station but I just keep getting rubbish suggestions...

You still can, the more suggestions you had in the past, the more likely you'll get the police station. You could also reset for PWP if you want to try again during the day.

The thing is I only get like one request a week...

I talk to them loads and do all the favours and work
They normally just ping for catchphrases or greetings :/

There are lots of ways people get more requests, what works for me is setting up a project and leaving it unpaid....then I get a request a day, it seems.
