I suggest logging out of your account when you step away from the computer and not have any of your passwords autosaved so they fill themselves in when you attempt to log in.

If you do that then he won't be able to do anything.

Sign out, and make sure the computer doesn't remember you when you sign back in.
Maybe it's also that they know you so well, they can just guess your password

try to change your password everyday and i think i know how hes hacking.

hotmail?fsmail?anything?he might be uses it on forgot password to get it.
