This! Plus it would open up a spot for another guaranteed weekly visitor (Redd please)! It would be nice also if the next update included bulk purchasing since I usually buy a lot from Leif if I do buy stuff from him.
I wish he did have his own shop so he doesn't waste a visitor slot. Plus, when I was decorating my island, I was missing holly shrubs and so I TTed to find him and then had to TT back and forth to try to find the holly to show up. It never did so I TTed to November to get them.
If he had his own shop with rotating stock, it would be sooo much easier that having to TT to find what I need.

His weeding service is another reason to give him his own shop or add it into Nooks Cranny like in NL.
And for the people who like the Bush rotations, they can easily keep the shrubs different each day. The way I see it, flowers/bushes are a key part of the island, just like the items and clothes from Cranny and Ables. As such, he should be treated the same way rather than a traveler.
Also id love for them to either fit in Kicks with Ables or something because he really serves no purpose which sucks because i adore him but he takes up a useless spot.

if he gets his own shop, I hope it’s on another island, like Harvey’s. I never talk to him unless I want to sell him weeds so he’s pretty useless to me lol and I don’t want it taking up space
I really want more shops to make a small main street vibe as you enter my island. I kinda have to make my own shops for this to work atm, for example I made Nooks' a gas station, and then I have an incline/balcony inbetween the two shops set up as a cafe (it'll hopefully be brewster's one day). Leif, Kicks and the Alpacas would be perfect fits for permi stores.
Leif could branch out into selling other outdoor items/if they introduce farming he could sell us the vegetables or something. Also his shop could be like a glasshouse and it would look awesome at the end of the shop distric merging into like an orchid or farmlands area.

IIRC, they found stuff about vegatables and cooking when datamining a few weeks ago. Maybe he'll get a shop in the next big game update and be part of nooks.

I have shrubs in my storage, which bothers me because it takes up storage space that I don’t have for shrubs that I won’t be using for a long time. I haven’t decorated with shrubs much, but I can see how frustrating it would be if you were and had to wait for him to show back up.
I feel like having him be part of the store would make a lot of sense ...Marshmallows

I would love for him to have his own garden shop. It'd be nice if they expanded the types of potted plants and greenery you can buy as well.. and maybe even introduce new fruit trees and shrubs. I really want strawberry bushes!
Honestly, I wish Leif would have his own shop solely so he can be taken out of the visitor rotation. I already purchased a good chunk of bushes of all types and some cosmos flower seeds from him when he visited, although I've only used 4 bushes so far. So I just ignore him now whenever he comes to my island, which sucks since that's a spot that could instead be used for somebody I'd interact with (mainly Redd).
Wow, I bought over 400 and change them out at times, and still need hundreds.
Leif is essential to island beautification.
at this point, I just want him to settle in my town so he stops wasting a weekly special visitor slot
