CJ is the most annoying for me. I think they might have dialed up his whole streamer seasports personality a bit too much. Also, we can sell Flick bugs outright but we have to complete a fish challenge for CJ to sell him fish.
I like Labelle as an NPC personality from prior games but I don't find her clothes or challenges in NH particularly useful or interesting.

Isabelle because who really loses that many socks, cmon now.
Label because she accepted my frog costume as a business look, I remember being scared to talk to Gracie incase I didn’t look fabulous.
Wisp because I don’t understand why he has to be scared of you when I stood emoting at him for about 5 minutes before speaking to him. He knows me dammit.

Isabelle. She was cute in NL but in NH her job is to tell me about her favorite TV shows. What games she plays and how shes a negligent daughter. I like her design don't get me wrong but as an NPC shes realllly boring.
I forgot about wisp, he is my least favorite by far. He offers so little to the island (and keeps giving me stupid cushions) that I ignore him 80% of the time
Leif. His tiny exclusive item pool doesn't justify his fixed visitor status in the slightest.
Character wise, Isabelle gets on my nerves because Nintendo keeps shoving her in our face without her having a meaningful role to back it up, and I generally hate that they scrapped her competent assistant personality in favor of "cute" ditzy airhead fanboy appeal.

Leif. Unfortunately, he's always struck me as a bit creepy. I don't mean any offence to Leif fans. I know a lot of people see him as cute, happy, and innocent. And I definitely see why. I feel like I should really like him, because he's a cute sloth and talks in an extremely endearing way, but something about it is uncanny valley for me. >.<
It's Label for me, I just don't like what she gives when she visits like, no, I don't want your clothes lol, if only the clothes are more interesting then maybe, but it's like just a knock-off pseudo-expensive looking brand (I mean no offense to the ones that like her clothing brand btw, it's just not my style lol) and I HATE it, I'd rather be able to commission for a model from Flick and CJ and get art from Redd than get clothes that I'll probably never wear from her... I guess the coat's kinda ok tho but the rest, hmmm not really

Isabelle at this point in time since she always wants to let me know what she watched on TV, that she found a lost sock, etc but never anything useful

Ohlord, i can complain about wisp today.
Thank goodness.
Every time i see him, my only thought is "Oh FFS" , You'd think when he comes to MY ISLAND, he'd be prepared, and expecting to SEE ME.
Instead he freaks out, explodes, then makes me fix his mess.
I have to circle my island like, 3 times finding his spirit pieces.
And then.
AND THEN.
His prizes are dreadful.
"Something new or something you dont have" just means he can give you something you already have... Just in a different color.
And "Something expensive" means nothing because he's 'terrible at judging value' and seems to give stuff worth, at best, 2K bells.
I hate wisp with a passion, can you tell?

I surprised people don't like Flick, he's my favourite new NPC! That said, obviously I have something in common with him Haha
I find CJ kinda annoying, just because I find the whole twitch thing a bit unecessary but maybe I'm just an old person now or something haha
I find Gulliver's dialogue pretty tedious in this one, he repeats himself every time it seems, with very slight variations. Wisp is the same, very repetitive

The dodo and their never ending diaglogue to fly local or online... everyone else is ok. Nitendo please fix.
I really don't like the repetitive ones like Saharah, Gulliver or Isabelle, but the one I find most disappointing is Label.
I used to love Label in NH, how she wouldn't talk much at first and then turn into a real sweetheart the more you visit the shop. But instead it's the sewing one (can't remember the english name) who warms up to you and Label is just... so bland.
I can't help but wonder, are they ever going to integrate her into the shop again? Or do I have to keep listening to the able sisters talk about how much they miss their sister and how hard she's working for them when she's just chilling on my town plaza? She doesn't even acknowledge that her sisters' shop is here

Label is probably the one I'm most disappointed to see in my plaza... I sometimes don't even talk to her.
Leif these days as well. I wish he would sell fertilizer, or special tools, or something... I don't need regular flowers that often and am disappointed that bushes don't flower for very long at all, and I don't want to have to keep moving and replacing them.
Design wise... not really a fan of Flick or CJ. I prefer the old guys.
