Kapp'n's pre NL personality would not fly in a post Me Too world. He also assumes your gender based on your language use in WW and CF.
The outrage would be hilarious and completely justified if he returned as he used to be. Same for Gracie. Which is a shame because giraffes would be a much more suited villager species than rhinos and hippos.
Personally I'd say the Wisp. For some reason, every time I ask for a new item, he gives me some new variation of a trash bin. It's gotten to a point where I don't even acknowledge his existence because of how many trash bins I've gotten. So yeah, screw him.
