i would say lyle in a heartbeat but since he’s not in the game thanks nintendo, i think i have to go with cj - i definitely thought he’d be my favourite between him and flick but turns out it’s the opposite. cj’s cute and all but his personality just kinda,, is not it for me lmao - flick’s a weird dude but at least i don’t have to complete a challenge just to sell my stockpile of creatures to him lmao

Probably CJ. I don't even have a problem with Orville's dialog, but I do with Flick and CJ's. At least with Flick I can sell bugs to him right away, whereas CJ... well, I've never actually done his challenge outside of the fishing tourney. He only exists so I can get Flick to make me downsized, uninspired models of fish. And I mean, I can't blame Flick for his heart not being in it, but it's still a shame there's no, like, grand ocean sunfish model or smth. Like in terms of game content it doesn't make sense lol

Aawww Isabelle is a sweetie but Daisy mae makes me not wanna buy turnips! My god wipe your nose boar!MIserabelle, always, though Daisy Mae makes me crook with the snot.
Harvey, he is kinda a jerk in his Wedding event dialogue and it just makes him unlikeable. Also Sahara, she is really talkative but never anything new which can make me not want to buy her carpets the longer the game goes on. I honestly could say the same for Gulliver who insults you and is long-winded while also expecting help

I too ignore Labelle and Flick's net is the only redeeming quality about his design.

I like the Able sisters and like their storyline a lot. It's very endearing and sweet, but I can't say I am thrilled when Label shows up to my island instead of Flick, CJ, or Gulliver. She is awesome as a person, but the game makes her existence quite useless which is so sad! Her challenges are way too easy and the tailor tickets are just ok. I can't really complain about the prize since the challenge is wayyyy too easy so the prize must reflect that I guess? I hope Label will be able to do something more awesome in the game like give us really difficult challenges in order to unlock more QR slots or something lolol!
Wisp might be mine. Or Label. I'm more disappointed by their roles and the reward given.
I.. almost would like if Wisp was sort of similar to Gulliver where you earn a special rare item.
CJ just asks you to catch x3 large or small fish initially. Your reward is fairly decent with the fish models and selling fish.
Gulliver asks to find 5 cpu chips, and reward is cool. Or you can keep them and they turn rusted.
Here's Wisp with normal items or normal "expensive" items. They're just catalogue pieces. You can't keep his spirit souls.
Maybe making him specialized is asking too much but I don't know. Half the time I just ignore him now.
