Least favorite personality?

peppy... they're really sweet but it's just so annoying the way they talk......

ALSO WHY SO MUCH JOCK HATE..... THEY'RE HIMBOS... THEYRE NO THOUGHTS HEAD EMPTY HEART FULL.....

I can never really relate with jock villagers, so they’re my least favourite.
New Horizons is also making me like the lazy villagers less, which is sad because they use to be my favourite personality types :/
Idk, some characters make the whole bugs thing seem not so horrible, but most lazy’s just make me cringe when they talk about bugs in the walls

same here! i don’t remember bugs being such a big part of the lazy personality in past games

Can't stand Snooty, Sisterly and Cranky.. Went to great lengths to rid my Island of them.... I don;t mind having 1 Jock as their embellishing workout stories are kind of hilarious.. Right now I have Ribbot and he cracks me up....

I cannot STAND peppy villagers. I love Cookie, she's my child, but she is the only peppy I will ever allow in any of my towns. I just,,,, cannot handle it. I guess that's what I get for being depressed lmao

also lazy comes to mind, idk why. I don't mind them, but they can sometimes get on my nerves

Smug. Most of them are not cute and feel kind of like oh hey kid want to get in my van? Or just annoying. My selfies and like count! My plays! Me me me!

I liked smug villagers in new leaf, but so far I haven't been fond of them. This might be because I was saddled with Quillson and I never really talked to him much in hopes that he would move out. It worked. If I had a smug villager I liked, I'd probably like the personality type again!

I'm sorry Frobert, but definitely jocks. I'm not into athletic stuff and sports stuff and that's all they talk about! It wouldn't be so bad if they didn't only talk about that.

The only reason I like Frobert (aside from being cute!) is because his tiny size plus him talking about doing all this hardcore exercise makes me laugh. He's so tiny and so determined!

Both Peppy and Jock. I never cared for muscle talk in any of the games, I'm literally a stick, I can't relate to them very well. Peppy villagers in NH are particularly annoying with the whole popstar obsession. They both can be really sweet though, so I can't hate them. I still love Felicity very much despite the Instagramer/tiktoker energy peppy personalities portray (say that three times fast lol).

Honestly I don’t like jock but if it’s a cute baby jock like Bill or my jock, Teddy, who is a big doofus that eats donuts it’s kinda funny.

Smug Villagers tend to P*** me off; because of how they come across as egotistical idiots. . . but that's just my opinion & my personal viewpoint

i don’t really like any of the peppy villager’s aesthetics enough to have one permanently on my island, so i never really got to know any of them.

however i recently restarted my island and got audie as a random move in. i was excited because i’d be able to get her photo before she moved out, but was actually shocked at how irritating her dialogue is hahaha. now i’m reeeally hoping shino isn’t peppy but it’s looking that way

I think I am gonna have to say jock.
I think the big turn off is the sweat talking *gags*
Dom is the way to go with jocks and had fun with him on my island, and I do like what I see with Tiansheng.
I did meet Boone during my New Horizons play through, and he grew on me.
I haven't met Frobert, Drift, or Sly, on my island, but I do like how they look alot. Don't know if I will click with them but I am planning on meeting them in New Leaf.
Lazies as horrible as it feels to mention in this thread, it was tempting for me to write. I love many Lazy villagers... but the bug talk is excessive. (I am liking them more in New Leaf so far)

I think that all of the personalities have their own unique charm, however, I don't particularly like the NH iteration of the smug villagers. They're kind of insufferable imo ;u;

cranky, actually. they're just kind of meh. jock is a close second but saved by kid cat, who is tolerable because of his design -- i've also been mashing through dialogue since last year so i don't really notice the sweat talk as much. the personality is also much better in NL (where i originally had him), so i could be biased based on how they spoke there. same for lazies. a lot of people seem to hate them, but they're still my favorite personality group just because a lot of them have adorable designs and their dialogue was endearing in NL. (as opposed to primarily gross in NH.)
