I know for a fact they are not Kalos bred, as I got them on the GTS in previous games. I am pretty sure they are English, aa there is no country label showing up.

Medicham: 100, Adamant, Telepathy, Male, 5IV (lacks sp. atk)

Venusaur: 100 Relaxed, Overgrow, Female, 6IV
